I have never wrote a app review but with this one it’s needed
I went on a weight loss journey and have used 6-7 different tracker/workout apps and this by far was the most personal and tailored experience. My abs drastically improved within weeks, they really set it up so you have the tools to get the results you want. Went from a pot belly to a solid nice little 6 pack in 5 months. Only app I’ll ever review. 10 STARS!!! Worth the subscription

Sad Subscription
I’m annoyed and sad that this app requires a subscription just to make it work and let you use it. I really wish this app was free and I could use it easily.
Bad App Login
I really enjoyed the app, but then I got the subscription, then got kicked out of the app, and cannot log back in.

Super happy with this app and the options it gives me to workout my abs. It’s actually going to keep me consistent and get better, would definitely recommend to everyone who is serious about their health and fitness.

My abs scored 83 and the only thing holding me back is my definition and symmetry. I’m going to lock in and see what my abs looks like after phase 1💪
Game Changer app
I always wanted abs but I never really knew where to start and what workouts to do. I came across this app and have used it daily since. It gives me routines for my exact abs and will actually help me. This app is a game changer for anyone looking to make your abs better. One thing I would suggest is making the calorie tracker a little more accurate, but other than that everything is perfect.
