Thank you for sharing your experience. If you have an active premium subscription, full access should be available automatically. Subscriptions are managed through the App Store, and in some cases restoring the purchase in the app settings or reinstalling the app resolves this issue. If access is still missing, please contact us via in-app support or email so we can help you right away.
