Terrible app
Great sushi but why are they so stubborn with the app? Each visit you have to key in a different member code. The machine to scan your qr code is rubbish. You cannot scan your food but have to find it on the menu… and the exact name of your dish is written underneath the sushi plate. Weird

App doesn’t work
App opens and then stays on its opening screen…. I have the latest version so I don’t know what’s going on here. Offers and loyalty all depends on the app, so without that there is no way to access offers that are advertised in store! Very poor.
App broken
Dispute having the latest version of this app it doesn’t seem to want me to log back in. The contact us section is also pretty bad. Can a member of the team get in touch with me asap?
