Lack of Pujabarshiki 2022
The app is OK..but what about Pujabarshiki 2022? Is it plain laziness or abp does not simply care?
Latest titles should be brought in faster
To keep this app relevant you guys need to update latest magazines earlier. Like I will right now love to buy the Anandamela pujabarshiki 2022 which is already on stalls, yet to have the same thing on your app, I have to wait for how long?

দারুণ লাগছে ডিজিট্যালি পড়তে। কিন্তু কি জবরজং মার্কা একখানা আইকন! খুবই বাজে লাগে হোমস্ক্রীনে আইকনটি দেখতে। দেখে মনে হয় ২০১২ সালের কোনো ব্লোটওয়ার অ্যাপ। অনুরোধ, অ্যাপটির একটি মিনিমালিস্ট আইকন দেওয়া হোক। আইপ্যাড মিনি সিক্স এর স্ক্রীন রেশিও অনুযায়ী অ্যাপটির স্ক্রীন সাইজ একটু ছোট, সেটা ঠিক হলেও ভালো লাগবে। ডিসকাউন্ট নিয়ে কিছু বলছিনা কারণ আনন্দ-র থেকে ডিসকাউন্ট চাওয়া লজ্জার ব্যাপার। বাকি সবকিছু ভালো লেগেছে।

Abp mags
This is one of the worst app I have ever used. Books purchased not updated in apps, writing to abp helpdesk don’t help either as they simply don’t bother to reply. Annual payment of 999/- just in total waste.
Very poor performance.Most of the time the current issue opened. Wait days after days.
As mentioned earlier the current issues never opened.Waited days after days.ABP sites not even respond. Now repenting.

Even after gps on, not able to download magazines. Still showing turn on gps. Fix bugs

I hv downloaded for ipad and every time its asking to on gps while download although gos is on still not downloading the content

Last two years this new software is very suitable for online readers and moreover users friendly, I must say. All years can display in one window and page scrolling option is very essential and perfect. The resolution also good and colours are soothing for eye. I really love the display and overall design. Thanks to ABP team.

Sad but true
A very good initiative by abp, a perfect example of leading from the front for Bengali publications including magazines as well as literature. Hope other publishing houses also follow this. However this future ready initiative is going in vain by the support service provided by abp. They are a bunch of jokers who never reply back on your query or complain or anything else. I have my doubts that there is any egghead who actually reads the emails, forget about the reply. ABP should fix this as soon as possible. All the best for future success.

Gps issue
When I am trying to download a magazine it is always asking to turn on GPS but I have already given the permission. Please solve this issue ASAP.

Not working on my iPad Air 4 WiFi version
Every time I am trying to purchase they are showing to turn on GPS but GPS permission already given & showing the GPS sign in bar.

Paid for the pujabarshikis but does not show up in my library
I had paid inline almost a week ago, but I still do not see the books in my library.

Cannot buy subscriptions from USA
Whatever credit card I try is denied. No idea what payment method is appropriate. There is no communication from the developers so I have no idea what to do. Also tried the PayZapp method but still received "transaction cancelled".
At least the free magazines can be read but I really would prefer to subscribe and be able to read the pujabarshikis.
Dear ABP, if you continue to turn away legitimate paying customers, you are going to promote piracy of your content. So please fix this, or mark the app for use in India only.

Cannot buy from USA
Tried to contact several times but no one is responding!!!!!
Pathetic Service Support
I Have never seen such a worthless response from any professional Organization. On 30/08/2020 I have paid for subscription of 5 magazines + all Sarodiya issues. Also received the receipt over mail. But can’t download any magazine from the app. No subscription at all activated in the App. Most surprisingly I have mailed to the mail id mentioned and also send 3 reminders .
Till now not a single reply!!!!.
Is it the culture of ABP ? Shame .
