Lack of Pujabarshiki 2022
The app is OK..but what about Pujabarshiki 2022? Is it plain laziness or abp does not simply care?

Paid for the pujabarshikis but does not show up in my library
I had paid inline almost a week ago, but I still do not see the books in my library.

Cannot buy subscriptions from USA
Whatever credit card I try is denied. No idea what payment method is appropriate. There is no communication from the developers so I have no idea what to do. Also tried the PayZapp method but still received "transaction cancelled".
At least the free magazines can be read but I really would prefer to subscribe and be able to read the pujabarshikis.
Dear ABP, if you continue to turn away legitimate paying customers, you are going to promote piracy of your content. So please fix this, or mark the app for use in India only.

Tried to contact several times but no one is responding!!!!!
Very difficult to buy using credit card from Canada
Very difficult to buy online using credit card in Canada. Transaction keeps failing. Frustrating.
Trouble accessing magazine
Couldn’t download Sharadiya Anandamela. ABP doen’t even bother to respond emails.
App quality also not ready for release. No offline reading support - User needs internet even after downloading a magazine. Also for a reading app supporting native iPad is a must.
