买了一个级别整套曲目，音频一个都没到账户，还符合退款条件？？
应用内已经购买的曲子，换个手机不能用我也认了，但是在新手机上花58元买了整套9首曲子却一首都没有到账户上，申请退款审核两次都说不符合退款条件，凭什么呢？这样以后哪还敢买了？ 联系了邮件也没人回复。这应用都别下载啊！

I’ve paid already to download the grade 6 tracks in the ABRSM book, and also four of the alternative piece accompaniments, yet I can’t play them with this app. I refuse to pay a second time.
