Works well. Can download books easily.
Only thing I need is to stop my mistakenly moving my book reading spot by accident with my fat fingering. Will be nice to have an undo button for this.

As one who appreciates aesthetics, this is by far the most beautiful ABS app. It feels like a professional dev just had a pet project he finally put to market. Beautiful, functional. Fantastic app!
Love it but..
On an iPhone 12 mini there’s no way to scroll down to the episodes section in podcasts. Besides that this is a great app.

After being an iPhone user since the iPhone 4, I am writing my first review. This app is incredible. It checks every box in terms of functionality and ease of use. Absolutely perfect with Audiobookshelf.

Amazing, simple. Works perfectly for my use case. I tried many others but none work so well as this one.
Fantastic
It’s beyond me how this app hasn’t gotten more attention. I tried out a few others like BookPlayer and Prologue but found shortcomings with both. Absorb on the other hand just worked right out of the gate. No struggling to get cover art to transfer, chapters recognized and all in a very easy to navigate design. Highly recommended

Beautiful App
Currently my favorite ABS iOS app. Really a beautiful and different take on things. Would love to see this come out with an Apple Watch companion app for offline listening on the go without my phone. Thanks for all the work!
The best ABS client
Tried all the available audiobookshelf clients and Absorb is clearly the best. Audra comes close but simply not at same level of polish. Looking forward to where dev takes this app. Love it!

This latest app update fixed my one and only issue with resuming playback audio with AirPod squeeze controls. Everything works perfectly now and the new features added are amazing! Thank you!!!

It just works! and works so well, I tried several other apps install, server not found or crippled or just too much friction. This installed, server found, here’s your books. Couldn’t be simpler

I've tried every app, and this is it
I've been running audiobookshelf for years, and I've run the official app through TestFlight and side loading, and I've tried every app in the App Store. There are some good ones, and some not so good.
Absorb, however, is it. This is hands down the best ABS app I've used. Huge thanks to the dev for making this, and even more so for making this free. Absolutely fantastic app.

Amazing
I’ve tried several audiobookshelf clients and this is by far the best. This UI puts many commercial services to shame, these features are the most complete I’ve seen on an audio app. It’s just beautiful. Plus no features behind a paywall, you get everything. Huge respect to the dev.
ABSurdly Good!
I recently switched to iPhone, and was really mourning the loss of the native ABS app available on Android. Plappa and Prologue are fine, but, not as good as native ABS. We'll, I think in Absorb, I have finally found something better. One thing that Absorb does really well is casually switching between a handful of books on your "reading pile". This is front in center in Absorb, whereas in ABS, I always had to filter by "in progress" manually. Try it!

Best App Option
Easily the best audiobook and podcast app for AudioBookShelf. The different approach to app design, app philosophy, and all around polish makes this app amazing. Honestly might become my most used app eventually even though I’ve only been using it about a week. Keep up the work dev, and I will be getting this for my Android devices as well.
