Ever since the update, once you get to the city it just spins.
Food is good. App is not.
Ordered curbside. Link to indicate I arrived doesn’t work at all. No way to indicate in app that you have arrived manually. Had to go in to pick up. Why did I tip?

The Pollo especial is spectacular
Late Lunch
We ordered a variety of meals: chicken fajitas, beef taco and cheese enchilada plate, enchilada plate and grilled chicken. All were excellent and super hot. Just the way we like it.
However, the service was super slow with only 4 tables eating in the entire restaurant. It took over 2 hours from the time we ordered till we paid the bill. The 3 stars are for the service not the food. Not sure we are going back. Very disappointing for one of favorite Tex Mex places.

Not a good experience the meal was missing a pint of rice, a pint of charro beans and a pint of queso Diablo
Wrong AGAIN!
That’s it! I’m done ordering online! My order was, once again, WRONG!! So frustrating!! No bueno, Abuelo’s!!
Check the order before it leaves!
Every single time I order, there is something missing. This is the last time I’m ordering from here. 3 whole meals were missing and when I call, the phone just rings and rings. Frustrating!

Had to take off a star
I always get a lot of chips so I did not think I needed to order more. I get home with my order and I have a half a bag of chips. I even ordered an extra pint of salsa and now no chips. So disappointed to an otherwise great meal.
Can’t select all options for enchiladas
Can’t select all options for enchiladas. For example, can’t choose charo or black beans instead of refried beans. Forced into certain sauces for the enchiladas instead of being able to choose specific ones.
Great app
I really love this app. It’s easy to order my takeout and apply my rewards at the same time plus the check-in feature when I’m at the restaurant makes it a lot easier for the server to find me and place my account on my check. And the new rewards program is great.
Ordered 49minutes before I needed it and still had to wait 10+min
Pretty disappointed…..didn’t get my order of chips,guacamole & 2 salsas until over 10min after it was supposed to be ready. I ordered 49min before requested pick-up time……
