Can’t log in system loops and logs me out

System loops to the opening log in screen sign in page as soon as you sign in its says in pop up “ tip “ log out success.
Then as you try again to log in it tells you you’ve done the security puzzle too many times when just to log in it asks you twice. Fairly dumb lost interest instantly due to this serious fault in bug identifying at the first impression of the game .
