It's the AC-130 itself: the orbit, the sensor, the guns, and the weight of the call. THE ORBIT IS THE ANTAGONIST The aircraft never stops turning. Lay the reticle on a target and the geometry moves under you — degrees of arc go by while the round is still in the air. Holding a target costs constant attention.
