Great app but…
It’s a great app but i haven’t used it in awhile cause i can’t log back in, can’t use the facebook login when trying to see if that’s how my account was set up in the first place

It’s a really amazing app and community but they don’t update the app anymore and it’s caused the community to become very small:(
Great, but outdated/abandoned
I love this app and have been using it to buy, sell, trade, and catalog items for years. However, the lack of new items from the Hotel update is making it very hard to track items from the new hotel shop, and borderline impossible to trade or sell them. Please update the app; I would hate to have to find a different one and spend hours transferring my entire catalog.

Hiya, I’m guessing it’d be a great app 🤩but i cant log in for some reason and it just stays on the email screen 🖥️ and won’t gk off, any idea on how to fix this 😒😬

i've had nothing but great experiences and have made friends on ac fan! this app was so good during lockdown, and i have just recently come back after the new ac update.... only to see that this app hasn't updated as well. please come back and revitalize this app!
Notifications
This app be a lot better if there was a Notification so I know who messaged for me for the needs of my shop... This is bothering me, I'm the type of person who don't like to wait and there are timezone where people are available and unavailable, so I need that notification, do something about this...

Missing Alerts!
The app is missing a very important feature: push notifications or sound alerts for messages. Without them, you don’t notice when someone sends you a message, which means you easily miss important conversations.
This makes the app frustrating to use and honestly takes away the fun. A notification feature would greatly improve the overall experience.

A seemingly abandoned project
The dev page leads to a suspended x account.
This app used to be in the Google play store and was much more lively but now it’s only IOS and subsequently has way less activity.
There was an update to the game recently and 0 of the new items are in the app. I understand it takes time but this app seems abandoned. No update from the Facebook page and nothing on the AC fan social media. I suggest using other social platforms for Animal crossing at this time.

Notifications
I love this app so much for buying items and visiting other people’s islands. I first used this app about 4 years ago, and recently got back into it. My biggest pet peeve is that notifications no longer work, so your phone doesn’t update you when someone puts in an offer or sends you a message. Please fix this!! This is my favorite app for the animal crossing community but the notifications issue is suuuuuper annoying.

Been using this app for 4 years! Very easy and I wish more people used it. Can be buggy but it’s nothing that affects usability
The support team needs to get their stuff together
There is no block option and reports are basically useless. If you’re not going to even manage your app you need to remove it from the App Store. Flagging users doesn’t work. There’s literally no way to report the harassment people go through on here. Good app design but absolutely horrible maintenance and customer service. Not worth downloading anymore, everyone goes inactive after 2 days anyway

Not getting notifications
Amazing app other that one problem: I’m not getting notifications when I get messages. I have tried resetting the cache but that didn’t work.

Can sign into my account because the email won’t send to fix my password and there’s no active support team, it’s sad because this is a good app but apparently it’s dead now.
