I Can’t Believe How Bad It Is
The app doesn’t let you update your information. You also can’t pay your membership through the app although it’s supposed to do it.
It also doesn’t default to the clubs near you. It keeps showing me the locations in Virginia l’m in SC. Definitely the worst app I have ever used. Inexcusable in the world of AI. They obviously don’t realize that AI will write a functional app for you, all you have to do is ask…

The updates app is not not loading!!!!

more than half the time this app is unusable. it takes forever to load the classes. sometimes they never even load. sometimes my profile won’t show up and i can’t access my scan tag. this app has serious issues and needs to be improved.

Constant crashes. Nothing loads. Says login information is incorrect when it isn’t. It’s actually easier to just call the gym to get class information or any information needed on the app instead of waiting hours for the app to start working again.

Absolutely horrible
Worst. App. Ever. Even on it's good days it's an embarrassment, on its bad days it's worthless. Cannot believe a gym this good would put out an app this bad for its customers.
Terrible App
The only thing this app is reliably good for is bar code scanning for club check in. Otherwise, it’s an on again/off again unreliable way to check the class schedules. Does not meet the high level of standards that ACAC ascribes to in every other way.

Horrible app. The thing just spins the whole time and the page rarely loads.

Hey ACAC — it really is time you fix this app. Load times are jacked up, crashed all the time, no dark mode. The list goes on and on. Let’s put some notification reminders in there too. Pretty embarrassing compared to the rest of your facilities. Somebody make a capital expenditure request for the love of god.

It’s basic function is to let one look at classes and register. It will not accept choice of location. Useless.
Complete waste of space
Each tab requires you to logon again in spite of remember me checkbox.
No difference from website.
You can’t even lookup pricing for anything, either place.

Doesn’t work
Simply trying to add my access pass (bar code) is a failure. Fills the screen with machine code and makes the app useless. Will update if this gets fixed.
