Worst app ever- total scam- do not purchase!
This app claims to be for academics as the point of difference, it is just the same as any other app however many less people given it costs money to join and presents as being specific to an academic population.
There were no suitable matches in my area, the age was all pretty much over 60yo and those that weren’t were probably bots!
Those who I did match with didn’t write back as they didn’t pay for membership or they couldn’t speak fluent English.
The support email communication was ok but kept sending me back to the App Store to cancel and request a refund.
Highly disappointed at such a waste of time app.

The only reason I downloaded the app in the first place is because it is advertised as free.
Obviously there’s a subscription but without the subscription you cannot do anything.
So the app is free to download basically but that just means it’s free to have the app, not to use the app.
If you are planning on paying a monthly fee, maybe it’s worth a shot, I have no idea.
All I know is that if you expect to be able to use the app for anything without paying, you can’t.

There is no option to cancel membership. This is a big red flag and very scammy way tondo business. I noted response from the developer to contact them to solve this, but this still not acceptable. They have zero respect for customers choice to be able to stop membership. This app should be removed from the app store and the developer flagged.

I paid a premium of $99 for a month subscription, and I do not have access to the site and its complete form.
You sent me a standard reply and you do not have an easy way to contact you. You have to search for your email and you don’t have a phone number and you even still use a fax number.
The match criteria is so dreadful that I have people from all over the country. I either want my money back or a better service.
