Very rude and slow process
When we questioned them for not reponding a counselor threatened a student saying game is on and when we complaint their head she asked us to listen because the profession we are choosing is only for listening and when i questioned them for their professionalism they left the group.They took all the fee even the service fee before the process and they are delaying the process i and my friend applied in may but she applied from different agency and its December now she is already there and im only done with my vfs that too after messaging them millions of times and when you confront them they cut you in between the conversation and never give exact answers to your questions they don’t provide details before taking admissions and confuse the students. They never pick calls on time and many more things which i can not type here
