Very basic insights
It should have overall insights as well, like monthly and overall, and also option to check previous weeks or custom range data. And the photos in posts should be openable with a click, cant read anything on them.
And the dashboard should have subject wise learning distribution as well.
Currently not much info is available, and very basic info is there.
In time of Claude code and other AI coding tools, having an app as basic as this should be a crime for giant companies.
Please improve the app with useful insights for parents.

Reports are not shown
App do not show the stats properly. Also raised issues will never be addressed. Status will be kept open
Worst app ever I have seen
This app is not working, when the app opens it always pops up message on the screen that ‘Update the app’ but when you click on it it it is not updating. No student purchase information, no balance fee information, no payment fee information.
Technical issue
“Update is available please update the app” such message pops up very often though I’m using latest version from app store. Its annoying. Plz fix it.
The app is buggy and do not show right data
It always ask me that there is an update available but there’s not. The data is not accurate and watch time increases or decreases randomly.
