Not perform well in moderate speed connections. Disconnects and strangled connection. Not reliable.
Was good now crashing
1 year since last update. Since one of IOS updates now stays stable for 5 mins at best. Call just drops. Restart and problem repeats. Same problem on iPad or iPhone. Shame as otherwise app is good
Endless Crashes
This app crashes no less than 5 times in a 1 hour video call.
Constantly crashes
Tried using Acano to connect to VMR. I get about 5 minutes of video conference before the app crashes without warning. Reconnect, get 5 more minutes, then a crash. Reconnected again, 5 minutes, then same crash. Gave up.
Good web meeting service, needs retina apps
Acano is a good web meeting platform, similar to WebEx and Gotomeeting. My major gripe is lack of retina support on the apps. It's 2017, there is no excuse for an app that outdated.

It is a very unstable App. It keeps crashing.
Nice app with huge flaw
The app is generally nice and well laid out, but the huge flaw is that there are no notifications if you get a message. No banner, no number on the app icon, no anything. You have to physically open the app. When everyone at my work got an account we thought it would be a nice chat platform, but after a few initial messages everyone stopped using it because you knew that most people wouldn't read the message you sent them, because they didn't know it was there.

Seemless collaboration with this client
Easy to use , high quality video and audio! Our company uses this to bring in all our employees using a vpn-less connection and the media is still secure.
Doesn't actually support video on iPhone.
5S, 6 or 6 Plus (which might as well be an iPad mini!). In the history of stupid decisions this ranks pretty highly.
FYI Lync 2013 and RealPresence support VC on the iPhone perfectly.

Excellent
Interop with Lync and Video Conferencing is the best in the industry. iPhone client is audio only, but iPad client is has full video.
Solid App
The app works as designed. It does not crash. Audio is good on 3G & 4G wi-fi and wireless LAN. Moving between coSpaces is a breeze. Adding devices works too. Again, a solid app.
