No backup option
Great app, but it needs an option to backup to the cloud, I would have given 5 stars otherwise.
Just changed my rating to 2 stars, add the app is now crashing quite often. Just read the most recent reviews and the last is a couple months ago with the same issue. It would be nice if someone would check these reviews so they would know to rectify the problem

Glitchy
I love this App and would have given it 5 stars if it weren’t for the fact that it does not work well the the iPhone 15 pro. The App closes in the middle of searching for items I have stored. This also occurs whilst in the middle of trying to insert details of a purchase - it just shuts down and I lose what I have entered. Would love for this to be fixed!

App Crashing
Very good app but keep crashing
Does not save receipts
There is a glitch with this app that prevents it from saving invoices on iPhones with newer versions of software. I would not recommend this app if you’re intending to use it to store receipts. Try Google Drive or iCloud instead.
Keeps closing when entering data
Is a great app but now will not stay open. Closes down when entering data so can’t put anything in it at all.
Encourages Irresponsible IT Practices
First rule of IT. Know where your data is stored, how it’s synced across devices, and where it’s backed up. I expected to see this information clearly displayed in the app.
People would do better to save their receipts on Google Drive (ensuring they login at least once every 6 months to a year or so to keep it active). This is very easy to do and seems like it might be safer and simpler, provided there is no personal information on the receipt .🧾

App works well like the old app did need to be able to back up to cloud or able to get to data files in iTunes.
With this app they have a disclaimer saying not responsible for data loss which is fair but when this app replaced the old app all data was lost due to not updating the old app it replaced it

Since the dark mode update it crashes after about 30sec every time it’s opened
Dark mode doesn’t work when entering purchase info, it has white text on a white background
Clearly govt tried doing tech with their non-existent capability. Just contract it out and pay the money for it to be done competently once

Dark Mode unuseable
As others have mentioned, unuseable in Dark Mode. Should be so mole to fix? Please.

Can’t read it
As others have pointed out, in dark mode you can NOT read anything. Can’t read = can’t use!!!! Great concept though, and would use it otherwise.
Good but glitchy
Great app however recently it has messed up the colouring (could be broken by dark mode?), I can’t read the details as I type them into My Items but they are there...
Nice concept but poor design and accessibility
Love the concept but in reality the app is practically unreadable. I use dark mode to increase contrast in my phone which makes most items easier to read. Except this app, which uses purple text. On a black background in dark mode. Surely it can’t have passed the Australian Government’s digital accessibility requirements.

Great App to enforce your rights
I love this App. I am sure you have all had trouble from time to time enforcing your rights. There is nothing like having the receipt, your rights and the ACCC stamp in one place to get them to play ball. Just use it! It will make your life easier.
Could use improvement
I like this app and love to keep my receipts together as well as on hand info about my consumer rights etc. I think the app could use some improvement with being able to add multiple items on the one receipt rather than individually adding in each item and then providing another copy of the receipt every time. Also, there should be an option to upload receipts in other formats (ie. PDF) as many companies email receipts these days. Thanks!!

Lost all previously entered receipts - unreliable
Tried to access previously entered receipt and they are no longer there, shows empty fields only.
Unfortunately, although it’s a very good concept , it seems that the development team does not keep up with updating the app to as required to accommodate iOS updates.
Would be nice to see the developer to make an effort and provide a reliable application

So disappointing
I just went to find a receipt to do a warranty claim and all of my stored receipts have now disappeared out of the app. The whole point of the app was to save receipts in one place particularly because receipts often fade with time. Very disappointing that this app has done the opposite to what it should.

Lost allllll my receipts in upgrade. Gutted.
Soooooo upset. This is a night mare. I had so many things saved in here and now alllll gone. I was a fool to rely on this app.
Lost all items saved on iOS 10 upgrade
On upgrading to iPhone 7 the app does not open to add new items to my cart.
My cart items have disappeared. Very disappointing considering this is a wonderful tool
