Default speed is not working. It is going back to 1x even after making it 2.

Crash on iPadOS latest version
After updating to the latest iPadOS, Safari crashes immediately when I activate the extension.
This issue happens every time, and I observed similar behavior with other video speed extensions as well.
It seems related to a change in Safari or iPadOS.
I hope this can be fixed soon.

Do not update to v 4.2.4
They have colluded w Google and now it doesn’t work consistently on YouTube.

Speed interval should be as low as 0.01. Also, speed intervals for shortcut keys doesn’t stay saved.
