Doesn’t work
I’ve been added onto our complex gate system but I can’t even passed the stage of entering my mobile number. I have data and Bluetooth is on, yet there is an error.
Decent but could be better
It's 2025, CarPlay has been out for a decade already and still this app doesn't have support or integration. Basic functions work fine but getting Bluetooth and CarPlay working would be next level.
otp not working
i have tried multiple different ways to register and constantly get the same error that the otp is now availible or an error occurred
App just doesn’t work
I’ve requested a OTP number multiple times over the span of 2 weeks and all I get is an error message. I’ve tried on WiFi , mobile data, I’ve deleted and redownloaded the app, I’ve tired from different locations, and nothing. Absolute waste of time.

Keep trying to register and it fails.
Registration problem
Upon opening the app, it prompts me to register with my cellphone number however i’m getting an ‘OTP request issue’ pop up. OTP doesn’t come through to my phone.

Great app, but please make it carplay compatible. Who wants to dig out their phone when everything is already on a remote screen in front of you.
Ok, But…
Decent app overall, however two main gripes/suggestions:
#1 firstly, the Bluetooth feature doesn’t seem to work on certain devices (i.e mine). I’ve tried other estate access apps and those do work with Bluetooth for me.
#2 Secondly, Apple Car Play functionality would be a great boon.

Incompatible, slow and dangerous app
This app is borderline unusable for anyone with an iPhone. App keeps on crashing every single time I try to open my estate’s gate, forces you to be on your phone whilst driving which is dangerous and half the time the app doesn’t even work at all.
Number of phones
It seems to work on only two phones per household what about the other people that need to use the app to generate codes or even exit/enter. Not everyone exits/enters their estate at the same time in their households.

Can’t get past the registration phase. Even in reviews from 3 years ago this issue was still mentioned, which means it has never been fixed.

Despite claiming to support international cell phone numbers it is impossible to register as described.
After months of trying and reloading this app I am no further forward, getting the same “OTP request issue “

Frustratingly not usable
I’m not able to get past the registration screen as no OTP is being sent. It throws an error for every phone number you enter.
Very basic and lacks features that would make it good
No shortcuts integration along with a very clunky ui and frankly ugly design reminiscent of apps from 2011-2013. Would be great to be able to have a widget or something to control essentials like a gate without having to open the app every time…
good in theory
The idea of being able to generate a pin for visitors is great, however it doesn’t make up for the fact that the bluetooth connection doesn’t seem to work at all on certain phones. Not once have I been able to open the gate at my estate with the bluetooth option. Once or twice it has worked via internet, but 99% of the time I have to call the gate to open it.
This system is time consuming, inefficient and, it could be argued, dangerous as it encourages (requires, actually) people to be on their phones while driving. Even if you stop at the gate, another person may not and could cause an accident because they’re operating this app.
