Very basic
This bank is the worst banking app I have ever used. It is very basic compared to all the other banks apps. You can't really do nothing with this app.
Terrible … 0 stars if I could
This consistently has issues with my password, FaceID, stored pws. I used several business apps and this is hands the worst when it comes to usage. After about the 5th time redownloading(and it not working) I end up having to call the company to get my balance anyway. 0 stars!

Amazing Bank
Access Bank is the best bank we’ve ever had. The customer service is out of this world. I always feel so appreciated when I visit a branch, you can tell Access puts their customers first.

It is terrible that I cannot see my payroll deposit until Friday at 1200am when all other can see theres on Thursday.

I feel very appreciated when I walk into Access bank. Last week I walked in and they said, “Hello Mr. Diediker, how can we help you today?” For someone that grew up in a small town I appreciate this! They know you by name and they make a person fee so comfortable. The staff at Access are very knowledgeable and have the upmost customer I have seen in a bank. I am proud to be a member of Access!!!
