Problematic app.
I keep getting, “Whoops, you have no connection.” Whoops, actually I do.
It got bad
the app not open stating i dont have internet. Tired uninstalling and reinstalling, doesnt help the app runs for a few seconds then crashes or freezes the entire phone
CHUH??
If the city is now Cleveland Heights/University Heights- why can’t University heights residence use the app- this is absurd.
Useful for submitting and reviewing complaints
I have used this app (and the form on the website) for years and I’ve always thought it was a great tool not just for submitting complaints for for viewing other people’s complaints as well.
Doesn’t work
Says I am not connected to the internet when I am.
Fix THIS APP
App would be great if it worked. Can’t load pictures or complaints. There’s been over 30 days of snow and vehicles blatantly blocking people from walking but no way to inform Cleveland heights. Disappointed- this app is trash.
Stinks.
It now shows to sign in I can only sign in with a Facebook or Apple account. I created mine with my email address and used the account for years without a problem.
Notified them about the problem, told it was fixed, but it still doesn’t work. 👎
