I’ve been a member of this credit union when it was still Oneida Ltd FCU. They have grown since then, but they have kept their hometown feel and truly care about their members.
UPDATE PT 3 : Fix The Application Error
UPDATE PT 4 - As of 8-20-25 and after a new Update, I still am getting error messages. I can NOT access your app!! IS ANYBODY THERE??? UPDATE: Update to your app, but STILL cannot access it Once again I cannot access my account for several days now. Used to be a good app. Now it’s as bad as it gets.

Depositing checks
The app takes terrible pictures of checks.

I’m beyond furious with this application and institution at this point. Every single week my account gets locked down for a fraud alert when I spend my money on the same things every week. More often than not I do NOT get notified I just get locked down. Then I get told “oh it’s an automated system we can’t do anything about that…..” like seriously? I have 19 separate lockdowns logged just this year. I dont get any type of response when issues arise and more often than not it feels like they don’t trust me with my own money to the point I can’t even touch it. Like as we speak I just got denied in a drive through looking like an idiot because ONCE AGAIN I CANT TOUCH MY MONEY.

Application Errors frequently
Application Errors frequently. Your background can look fancy but doesn’t help when you can’t access, pun intended, your account.
Easy banking
I use for bill pay, super easy, check my balance and deposit checks.
Don’t deposit check via app
This app if great if you’re just checking your balance or transferring your own money from savings to checking but don’t bother with the mobile check deposit. I’ve used it several times hoping each previous time was a fluke and no matter what, it takes almost a week for the money to be available in my account. By then I’ve surely driven past one of the branches and could have made the time to go in and deposit it in person.

The reason I didn't switch banks.
Access caught up to the nationwide banks with this app. I almost switched to Chase to have access to the mobile capabilities. With this app they're right back on the top of my list as one of the better banks.
Pros:
I can locate ATMs anywhere to save money on fees.
I can deposit small checks through the app instead of going to the bank.
I can make transfers and check the balance in my account at anytime.
I can contact someone at the bank at anytime.
Cons:
I can't deposit paycheck a because there's a 100 dollar limit.
