App keeps crashing
On certain e-learning courses that I’m require to do for my job, the screen goes white and freezes. I keep having to delete and reinstall the app
Glitches
A few of my courses when i go to access then the screen goes blank i have tried reinstalling and no luck, i am now being pressured as my courses are overdue
Rubbish App
It crashes on the IPHONE - midway through the assessment would freeze. Poorly developed. Any organisation using this should seriously consider alternative options
Smooth to use
I used the app for 2+ years with my previous company and I really missed it. I recommended it to my new company.
Takes too long to open
Though a very good app, I struggle to open it
Access learning app
Quite a number of glitches, faults and failings. Now gone blank, just a white screen. When I try to download it again the same thing happens - just a white screen.
The app just goes off
I just started using the app for training and the first day I wanted to do some courses, it went blank. I deleted and reinstalled it started working and the hitch started again. So I’m struggling to get the courses completed because it keeps going blank and on.
Hire new devs
Got told to download it to do some training. The course I have to do is completely non-functional, the "Launch course" button does nothing and I have to do it on the web. Also the UI/UX is very scuffed throughout, misalignments, missing margins, buttons that are smaller than they look, etc
Won’t open
I think my title says it all rubbish as it won’t open to let you do the training
Terrible
Took a long time to finally load. Do a few modules then page goes white and have to wait ages for it to load. Have tried re installing and deleting but no better! Unable to complete my learning and starting employment soon
Just didn’t work
Installed. Updated. Blank screen. Nothing there disappointed.
Online Training not enough
I have done 16 courses for the care sector. I find them not enough!
The care certificate can’t be complete because a registered care manager has to sign off.
The self employed don’t have anyone to assess the workplace!
This works well for employees working for the NHS or care homes / agencies.
It’s not a fit for all!

Worst app I have seen
Keeps freezing!
I have been given a deadline but this app keeps freezing. Really frustrating

Doesn’t load
Just freezes and won’t open. Been like this for weeks. Like others, I’ve deleted the app, reinstalled etc. and still doesn’t resolve the issue
Frustrated
The course I am trying to complete freezes and I can’t continue to the next page. The screen then turns white and does nothing else. I then have to delete the app and reinstall. When reinstalled the app spends days just reloading and I can’t get in to my training. This has happened several times and has never just worked. I have fallen behind on my mandatory training with my new employer. I am not happy.

On both my iPhone and iPad all I get is loading this has gone on for days now cannot access my training what can I do to rectify this problem.
