App does not load
The app doesn’t load on my iPad. I have tried it on two different iPads and have the same issue.

It does not display local public libraries that are close by, but instead suggests libraries that are far away, in other suburbs or cities. It does not even sort its lists properly. Selecting a distance sort in the library list view results in a scrambled mess, apparently random. Very disappointing. And fully unusable in this state.

Does not show libraries from another state
Does not show libraries from another state, even though some are closer than those listed in the current state. Otherwise, appears to work as claimed.

Takes you right to the search screen. When you cancel it, it blinks off for a second to allow you to see there are are other options, then takes you back to the search.
Sure, I found my library, but with no way to enter my user id, just my password. What use is a password alone, with no help function.
And there's no support for this app. Support for a lot of their other products, but not for end users of this app. We are on our own. They sell it to our libraries as a wonderful tool, and leave the end user to hang.

Won't recognize my library
Can't get app to recognize my library.
Crashes
Terrible. Will not even allow login. Crashed repeatedly on every device in my fleet. Awful.
