About

Your apps stay open. The scroll gets a limit. ACCESS doesn't lock you out of your phone. Open TikTok, Instagram, YouTube like you always do — no start button, no ritual. iOS quietly counts the minutes you actually spend in the apps you chose, and when your 15 minutes are used up, they lock. A real stop, enforced by the system, not a notification you can swipe away. When the lock ends, your apps are simply open again. HOW IT WORKS • Pick the apps you lose time in • Use them like normal — iOS counts only the time you actually spend in them • After 15 minutes of use (you choose the number), they lock for a multiple of what you spent. Balanced is double: 15 minutes costs 30 locked • When the lock ends, they unlock by themselves. Nothing to earn back, nothing to reset Why it sticks: by the time a lockout ends, the urge that sent you scrolling has usually passed — and because your apps are open again, there's no forbidden-fruit pull. The loop just breaks. WHAT MAKES IT DIFFERENT • A real stop. iOS closes the apps — this isn't a reminder you can dismiss • One budget for the whole habit. Your apps share the 15 minutes and lock together, so cycling from TikTok to YouTube to Instagram doesn't reset anything • Repeats cost a little more. If the lock keeps catching you, each round that day locks a bit longer. It resets overnight — at 4am, because nobody's day should end mid-scroll • Nothing is ever refused. Need an app during a lock? Unlock early, after a short breath — the time left simply moves to your next lock • Free time. Book windows — lunch, an evening — where nothing is counted at all PRIVACY, BY DESIGN ACCESS asks for one permission: Screen Time. Apple's design means ACCESS never sees which apps you chose or what you do in them — it works with anonymous tokens. No account, no analytics, no data leaves your phone. Ever. FREE AND PRO Basic is free forever: the full system — counting, locks, auto-unlock, early unlocks, your choice of minutes — on up to 3 apps, at the Balanced rate (locked for double). ACCESS Pro makes the rule yours: • Custom lock length, Gentle to Serious — and Strict Mode with no early unlock • 50 apps instead of 3, and unlimited free-time windows • Night rules — make 1am the heaviest lock of your day, or shut it completely • Your week app by app, and your full history Pro is $2.99/month or $29.99/year, with a 14-day free trial. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends; manage or cancel any time in Settings. ACCESS is for people managing their own phone. It is not parental-control software — no guardian account, no one else's device. Your time was always yours. ACCESS just puts a price on the scroll.
