Absolute garbage
One of the worst apps I have seen. Even though I confirmed using face ID it fails every time. Password and user name are correct, still the app doesnt log me in. I have to reset my password every time I want to use the app. And that regularly blocks my account as well.

Slow and time consuming user experience
When using the app for FSA submissions,I have to carve out at least an hour of my time. Part of this is due to the apps long loading time, specifically receipt manager. Additionally, it logs the user out in the middle of submissions so I have to log back in and type everything out twice. These two issues add significantly to a negative user experience.

Unusable due to crash at login
Useless app
What’s the point of having an app if it ALWAYS crashes. I’ve downloaded, deleted, and downloaded the app again a few times. It literally ALWAYS crashes as soon as I log in. Seems fine when setting up, but as soon as it starts loading my account, crash. Fix it or delete it!!!
Same problem as everyone else.
Please fix the app as it makes everything much easier! App was crashing during log-in. I deleted and reinstalled and it actually worked for 15min. Enabled Face ID and it started crashing again. Reinstalled and now it won’t accept by username and password. Maybe it hates my face?

This app is terrible, it just crashes when I log in and I can’t use it at all. I have uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times, and it just doesn’t work, so I can’t even review based on app features. It doesn’t look like this is being updated frequently enough, either (last updated by developer over a month ago).

Mobile App Doesn’t Work
I am able to login through my laptop, but the mobile app continue to kicked me out after it verified all my information.
I called customer service and unfortunately she cannot help since this seems to be a bug in the app. She can’t even help me to open up a case to the IT dept.

I’ve downloaded the app twice and also reached out to support with no success. The app crashes and closes everytime I login.

A pain to use, it crashes every time I want to enable Face ID and randomly when creating an expense.
