Reset password
I had a new iPhone and couldn’t remember my password for login. I messaged the customer services via the app to reset my password. I had a response but didn’t see it before I messaged them again requesting they reset my password, so the password reset didn’t work. I have messaged them multiple times and have still not had a response over two weeks. I don’t want to have to set up a new account as I will lose all my data. Any ideas what else I can do?

I created account but when I put my account it say information does not match why ?
Won’t scan QR code
The app won’t scan the QR code to save your measurements. It doesn’t seem like the app is being updated for the new iOS.
constantly requires a password at startup

Used this app for 2 years
I love this app, I've been using it in my gym for 2 years, and it's great! My clients love it too!
Good app—I wish there was more
I like the complexity and through easy of this app. I wish it would be compatible with I phone health so that all of the info could be kept in one place or shared.
QR code doesn’t scan
This feature had been working, but you can no longer scan the QR code to save to your phone. Error message every time.
Worst App ever!
Cannot login to existing account, cannot reset password and cannot even set up a new account - complete rubbish!

This is an ok app. A connection to Apple Health would be a nice accessory.

It’s not working in iPhone 8. It was working perfectly, but now not.
Does not allow a user to create account!
App requires account creation in order to scan and store results from Accuniq device. No way to create account on website.

Update: you can add but it’s tricky you have to activate 2 really small hard to target radar buttons ... but this thing doesn’t share it’s comprehensive health statistics with Apple’s Health app and health data repository? Making it unable to play well with others.
