Sorry, but any mapping software who changes naming conventions on a whim is not worth space or ad revenue on my devices. Change back to Lake Ontario.

Wrong titles
The weather is accurate, but there are a several mislabeled areas including Gulf of American and Lake Ontario. Those places don’t exist. Poor editorial processes and judgement by the company.
I have ads on Premium +
This is the second time in 6 months that my Premium + AccuWeather app is playing ads! Why does this keep happening on my prepaid annual subscription ??

Is it raining or not?
Most inaccurate weather app I’ve used and I have a paid subscription! More often than not it’s pouring rain outside yet AccuWeather says no rain for the next 120 minutes! Radar doesn’t match up with the forecast on the Today screen! I would say, at least from my experience, It’s about 40% accurate!

I downloaded it three times and it doesn't load.
Was that lightning?
Nothing like checking the weather on this app when it’s dark: cool blurry brand colors (that sometimes hang/lock up), then a lightning FLASH! then the spinning logo. That lightning feature HAS GOT TO GO.
Not reliable
I have the paid version which I have no intention of renewing. Not sure if it’s just the folks tasked with updates in our area, or if it’s NOAA poor forecasting but our area has had countless unwarned thunderstorms, tornadoes and the poorest modeling of daily weather I’ve ever experienced. The maps they present throughout the day as “news” are too small to be readable and their epically poor programming doesn’t allow for zooming in. So good luck finding your town or location on the news updates. This is a simple fix, which they don’t do. You’ll find much better apps out there. Skip this lazily maintained, costly “tool”.

Audio conflict
There is no reason I need a weather app to override my car’s audio. This could be my favorite weather app - but all of my audio shutting down when I open this app infuriates me.
slow and hate format
Many months ago when they updated this app it has become very very slow. It takes forever to load and I don't like the format from months ago when they redid the app. It was better the only way and a lot faster.

Why am I taken to the startup screen every other day as if I’m opening the app for the first time….
Future radar no good
I am an avid weather follower, and the future radar is just so bad. Many times precipitation jumps, disappears or veers completely unrealistically, is basically useless. Which is probably why the hourly forecast is garbage also. Rest of the app is pretty good.
