Won’t launch
App won’t launch. Keeps crashing when I open it. Deleted and re downloaded but still won’t launch.
App crashing
It’s constantly crashing. I’ve restarted and deleted several times and it crashes when asked to allow app to track. Then won’t work again.
Absolutely awful connection
Let me start by saying I love and have listened to Ace&TJ since the 90s. However this apps connectivity and stability is absolutely the worst in terms of apps that I’ve ever used. This has got to be fixed. A little more thought needs to be put into the app, the main way of listening for most, before pushing the digital brand any further. UI is also atrocious.

App needs work
I love the show but the app needs some serious work. It always has connection issues and the app crashes constantly. I much prefer listening to the show on the app than the radio, but this app really makes it difficult to throughly enjoy the show.
Technical difficulties
I listen to Ace & TJ show on my way to work every morning, but connecting to the app is often an issue. I either can’t connect to it or it gets disconnected while playing & won’t connect again. I get “connecting… please wait” message until I give up completely. It was more reliable when they had their own radio station.

This has got to be the worst app ever.
I like the ace and tj show but this app is god awful. Every time it changes connection between Bluetooth and regular I have to restart the app. It’s almost like it doesn’t buffer. It is so frustrating in this day and age to have an app this bad.
Poor quality
I have a lot of issues with the app. Cuts out a lot. Starts back with commercials. At or near 8:00 est. the show just starts over at the 6:00 am est. Lovethe show but this is a nightmare. I will go back to a local radio.
Better than ever!!
I have been listening to them since they came to Charlotte, this is the best the show has ever been! Not so manny limitations so more of the content you love. ALSO just love Alexis !!

I love being able to catch up what I missed in the afternoon. This podcast makes me laugh everyday.

Wow has the show ever changed since switching to 5G format. App doesn’t work well all the time and when it is working you get to listen to Ace &TJ just promote lots of advertising. I tried hanging in there with y’all but you’ve lost me. Hope you go back to radio.
My Favorite radio Show!
I’ve been a listener for over 10 years. The whole cast feels like family. I loved listening over the years and meeting new radio family members and look forward to many more great years! Best radio show up there!
Love the show, hate the app.
I don’t have another way to listen to the morning radio show other than the app, so I’m stuck dealing with it buffering and cutting out every few minutes. At first I thought it was my wifi, because to be honest, I could probably up my speed a little bit, but the same thing happens even when I turn the wifi off. When I have to restart the app (every few minutes), it starts the commercials all over again and I’m stuck listening to THE SAME COMMERCIALS for about 5 minutes straight. I hear more commercials than I do radio show. I really love this radio show but this app needs some major help.

Cuts out way too much
I love listening to the show but it cuts out too often. Usually in the middle of a segment and when it comes back it goes straight to a commercial.
Connection Issues
I love Ace & TJ but their app is awful! I have to disconnect from WiFi open the app and let it start working. Then minimize the app and reconnect to WiFi. If I’m listening via headphones; and I taken them out....I’ve got to do that process all over again! UGH!

This is the worst app I have ever used.
Love the show
And I’m gonna keep listening. But the APP is just terrible. Always cutting out. If it’s playing I can’t do anything else with my phone or it will stop playing and sometimes start again but it plays old shows after that.
Can’t ever actually listen to show
All I can ever hear are ads. It won’t ever connect to what’s actually happening on the show.
Terrible App. Constantly cuts out
I love the show but I can’t always listen live. So when I get home from work, I listen on the app (if it will let me). Today in particular I have tried opening and playing today’s show 6 times and every time the app crashes as soon as I hit play. Forces me to sit through another 30 second ad before I can even try again. Have yet to have any luck. Looks like I’m not going to get to hear today’s show. This app is NOT better than the last. It’s much worse.

App keeps saying “no internet connection” or “please check your connection”. PLEASE GET THIS FIXED!
