Great port
Really convenient for it to be on mobile. But PLEASEEEE reduce the price on case 4, its way too short for 5 bucks. Visual and story was awesome and im happy i didnt get spoiled on the final case. Phenomenal.
No Japanese Language mode
I bought this game because it said "Japanese" in the "language" section. But its only english when I downloaded it

Dishonest honest pricing! Disappointed
I actually have no problem with the game. I have previously played this game on Nintendo and i really liked it, which is why I bought it here even when I could just play it on Nintendo. The pricing seemed attractive or rather a sham when i realised the app price is nothing in comparison to the price of unlocking each chapters in the game. I don’t mind high pricing, but what disappoints me is I do not get what I thought I paid for and there’s no return policy. I am so disappointed because the pricing on app was just for introductory chapter 1. Buying all chapters will cost you 13x (13 times) of the price you paid initially, I don’t think they have been transparent and so why not just make app free so users get to know that they have to pay for each chapter? I got charged, and I did not even know this that I won’t be getting the whole game for the price i paid. Disappointed. Just mention the whole price instead of playing cheap marketing strategy.

So Rewarding!
I started playing the AA games because I was hoping to kill time with what I thought were cheesy detective games. Now here I am crying over the fate of the Kingdom of Khura’in. For those who have played from game one this is the Easter-egg-full, emotional-payoff, legacy-defining game of the series!
No longer works
For anyone who plans on playing this game, they’ve shut down the servers for it. You can no longer buy the rest of the cases. This was pretty much the case with Dual Destinies except it only limited the costumes.
The first case is decent but it did randomly crash sometimes. All other cases are inaccessible. I’ve tried waiting and the servers are simply inactive.

Love it, hate it.
The game is great and feels beautiful on a phone, however the purchase system is a scam in its way, you only pay for the first episode when you download, then you are forced to pay much more, I didn’t see any warnings about that, correct me if they exist. Apollo justice is another can of worms, where it only allows you to experience half of the first episode. I think it’s a past issue and I’m looking forward for release of Apollo justice collection.
Yep, great story, good ui, good art and dialogue, (has longest case in the entire series), good purchase for its money… (maybe not now with the new Apollo collection, but year ago, yeah, great game!)

LOST MY PURCHASE
So the game is what it is expected. Almost a 10/10 game for mobile.
However, I have changed my iPhone and guess what? When I loaded my save it gave me an error. I restarted the chapter and it tuned out that it lost my purchase.
Is that even legal?
I think Apple should really sort this out and take it out from the store if the practice is so malicious.
I refuse to give a bomb 1/5 review, because if you do not change you phone like I did you might keep enjoying this wonderfully written game.

Phenomenal game, great mobile port
Spirit of Justice is easily one of the best games in the series. Everything about it is full of polish and the special touch that the Ace Attorney series as a whole has. So I highly recommend playing it for that reason, just make sure you play through these in chronological order though, otherwise you’ll be pretty confused.
I just have a couple issues with the port itself overall. One issue that I faced a few times is that when I first loaded a save, the backgrounds would just be completely black. I would either have to enter a new area or reload my save. The other issue I had was that the quick resume feature was like a text box off, so whenever I used it, I would be on a box I already read. This was problematic if I had to load a suspend point right at the start of a cross-examination, since it would play the animation again. However, both of these things aren’t big issues, and only brought the experience down a little bit. Other than that, this is a fantastic port of a fantastic game, and with the recent closure of the 3DS eShop, this is now the definitive way to play this game.

There is no way to change to Japanese
I bought this game because it said language in Japanese. But in game only English and there is no option to change to Japanese pls fix this
