No sound in the app
There is no music and sound in the app. We have enabled microphone and sound in the app. But still we could not hear anything. We tried on different devices and still on sound. Not sure if it is the version issue or anything else. So we could not use it after we subscribed the monthly subscription.

When I try to move things around when it has the little hand showing me to move it when I drag it on the screen it doesn’t move at all.

太难用了，下载了几本，在手机上，想着换个屏幕大点的给孩子看，就换ipad下载，结果换个设备，两个都不能用了。
隔天不再使用手机，ipad可以下载了，但是每本书都是卡到一半就无法下载了。
无奈关闭app，重启设备再来一次，好不容易能下载了，企业播放不出声音。
其他问题：同一个账号，不同设备不能免费使用已经下载过的书籍；使用ipad几次后，手机下载的书被锁住了，说我必须订阅才能继续使用，而我的使用权限是到6月份的，联系客服无人回应；故事经常无法自动翻页，卡在某页。
太难用了，每次开app都觉得在开彩票，运气好了才能用。

加载图书太慢了吧
是并发用户量超过设计值了么？进度条完全不动啊，试了好几本书都下载不了，请测试好了再上线啊……
