Not an app for asexuals, pretty disappointing. The developers should have done their homework before giving their app such a misleading name.
Impossible to cancel subscription. Also bots.
ACE Has been repeatedly charging me despite my having canceled any subscriptions. There is no channel to report this issue. I’ve tried contacting numerous times. Give me my money back.

Incredibly misleading name
I downloaded thinking that it was an asexual dating app. I looked a little more as it was downloading, realized it wasn’t, but thought maybe other aces would be more likely to have this app because of the name. The first question when you go to create a profile is about gender. The only options are ‘Male’ and ‘Female.’ Obvious gross exclusion of other genders. Deleted.

Absolute waste of time and money
Set the distance to anything you’d like, but it won’t matter. Set it for 20 miles, and it will show people in Asia! 2 years, and they haven’t fixed a dman thing! This app is complete trash, the company is a honey hole, and the app should be taken off the App Store.

No one in southern California, and yet I suddenly got a message that I have to upgrade to see! Shocking! </sarcasm> Even before that, the app constantly pressures you to sign up for a subscription! App is also clearly a clone of a few other apps, all with different chrome but the same core concepts, encouragement to upgrade, etc.

Distance filter does not work
I am from the UK, I changed my distance to maximum 30miles and it’s showing me people from all over the world most particularly the USA. A basic function of these types of apps is a distance filter, which this app fails to properly implement. The app brings a fresh take on online dating but this bug makes the entire app unusable.

i havent even been able to use the app. i get it on it i put in my email and my dob and it says im of age but when i hit next it jus sits on a loading screen and been there for 30 minutes. If u could fix this then im sure the app would be great
