Ace (USA) offers a $5 coupon after downloading the APP. HOWEVER, there is no ACE-USA option. The only apps available are for the Philippines and Indonesia? What am I missing here?!? There are several location in the US, yet no app available. How can you offer a $5 off promo for downloading the app, when there is no way to use the app successfully in the USA?!? Beyond stupid!

Ace has had this app for four years!? Come on man! Get it together Ace!!! You can’t change your location at all no matter what you try. It started in a different language and I figured out how to change it to English. But it still wouldn’t let me change my location. It was half another language and half English. I deleted it in disappointment and sad to have to shop elsewhere.... :(

App assumes I'm in Jakarta, even though it can access my location via GPS! I downloaded it from the US App Store and it is unusable in the US. No excuse for that.

This is an Ace Hardware application that can only be used outside the United States. You can’t make this stuff up.

Not working
I use it on my iPhone 8+ on iOS 11.2. There’s no way I can change my location and connect my card. It always said that I don’t internet connection and can’t connect to the server eventhough my internet was just fine
