When I want to upload my documents to certify my account the app says I have no internet lol maybe someone just throw this app togeather from scrach and put no effort into creating the app lol

SCAM PAGE BECAREFUL

This people are taking money, and block your account waiting for your patient to run out, to make it look like you gave up , then they will draw the money, to they head office, my is there, and all they saying is please be patient, its been 7 months , is that called patience?? I only got paid from Work and Universal Credit, and soon i had big amount like over £1000 then they decided to block the money, when it was small amount like £50 £100 was nothing for them, the account was running fine until I transferred my rent money, they decided to keep it , JUST BECAREFULL WITH THIS ACCOUNT DO NOT OPEN

Best for cross border payments

I have been using ace union from past 1 year and recently it got a major update in functionalities and design and it has been great so far. Impressed with cross border payments integration and customer support service. Very well going as wallet experience in uk.

My account is under review for no reason, I have asked for a bank statement they have refused to issue me bank statements.

Stolen My Money

Anybody who is trying to use this institution, this is a warning that they will open an account for you but once you have money come in that account, they will block your account and call it a “review of your account” and you’ll never hear from them again. All this is from personal experience and many others with the same issue. Just check trust pilot if you think I’m lying. I’m having to contact the financial ombudsman to make a case out of this. I’m coming for you guys.

Mind blowing

I was recommended this app by a friend and I’ve never been so surprised with an online banking app. The amount of time the developers have spent shows how much they care about their customers. I highly recommend the community to download this app.

Waste of time do not open once you do once you do a transaction or transfer they we’ll freeze your account and they we’ll tell you that there doing security checks and they need time but takes ages more than 7 weeks and there communication is so bad and they don’t tell you the worst thing ever and scam

They steal your money

This account has stolen my money I’m a single parent I’ve told them I’m struggling like hell I have no funds emergency credit on gas and elec they don’t care they blocked me account over a month ago no reason I sent them everything the requested there’s nothing wrong on my account and they are not replying or resolving anything I need my money stay away!

Rubbish

Why offer an app with no debit card functionality? If you can’t spend your money, what’s the point. Definitely not recommended.
