Disappointed
Not only is it accusing me of having to wifi. But even if a do get in it’s hard to use and keeps loading for so long
cannot use the app
from what i've seen the app is very good, however when i open it i get an error. i translated it and it said "resource loading failed" i don't know how to fix this

Honestly every time I use this game it’s says that I have no connection! I tried restalling the app but STILL can you fix this In the next update?
It’s great but..
I haven’t gotten the chance to use this app yet, but from what I’ve seen it’s amazing. But every time I try to open the app it says “connection error” or something like that. I’ve been told the server is in maintenance and I believe it’s been in for three months now. Of course I’m not angry about it, updates take a while. But I hope I’m able to use it soon, there are covers of songs I really want to make. It’s been my dream to use a vocal synthesizer, but downloading UTAU has never worked for me, and vocaloid is way too expensive. So I hope everything works out eventually. ❤️❤️

honestly it’s really good for something that sort of free, tho I wish there was an English option the main problem is that I haven’t been able to open it for like a month it keeps saying it failed to load :/

I can’t even open the app anymore and would really appreciate the app being updated for users outside of China. They said to change the language on the phone to use the app but do u really expect all of us to change the language to use ONE app and then go back and forth? I loved using Ace studio but it seems they have no interest in fixing issues. A very real shame.
Edit: I tried changing the language on my phone and even that didn’t work. The app is unusable now in USA. Very disappointed

Issue with downloading assets
I haven’t some issues downloading the assets in the app after installing the app, any support here pls?
Good app but issue with loading
It's really good and simple to use once you get used to what the buttons mean, however it keeps not letting me log in, giving me some type of screen with the character and a no wifi thing behind it even though I have wifi, I don't know how to fix this and can't use it at all! I've tried to reinstall the app but it didn't work and kept bringing me to the same screen. :(

English please!
This is a great app, but the lack of English in this makes it very confusing and I’m consitering just learning Chinese to use this app. I’ve been desperate to find a voice bank that’s free for mobile devices, and a iPad port would be nice too. It’s a lot to ask, but it would be greatly appreciated. Chinese Translation I Gathered for the developers whom do not know English. It’s choppy but! 这是一个很好的应用程序，但其中缺乏英语，这使它非常混乱，我正在考虑只学习中文来使用这个应用程序。我一直急切地想找到一个免费的移动设备语音库，如果能有一个iPad端口就更好了。这是个很大的要求，但我非常感谢你。
Edit: Huge bug! Currently no matter how many times I delete and reinstall the app, it always says a connection error. I have shut and turned off my wifi Router several times so no avail.

Very good app just one problem.
Hi kinda a new problem, When I open the app it won’t let me get pass the loading screen it’ll tell me that I have a connection error and I’ve tried just about everything to get rid of it restarting my device, deleting the app, turning my Wi-Fi on and off, tried using the app on an different device (Still gave me that same pop-up)I’m just not sure what to do about this problem anymore as it’s most definitely not fixable for me to do anything myself.
I have a IPhone SE 2nd Gen. and a IPad OS 15.7 I believe? If that helps anything. Thank you !!

it’s amazing how high quality the voices are!! this morning though i haven’t been able to get in, it tells me i have a connection error despite my wifi being good!!
Kinda confused
The app is great so far but when I press the piano button it ask for my number but seems like me being in America isn’t a option sadly….😀but still the app is kinda great.
English voice bank
Please add a voice that can use English on the mobile version! I do not have a pc or computer so it would be amazing to be able to use English for songs especially because I do not speak Chinese ^_^

I’m confused on how to log in the game and I can’t log in to Apple ID and I can’t sign in with verification number doesn’t show up
seems like a cool app but..
I can’t get in. this isn’t a wifi problem because my internet is working just fine. when it has to download the files when you open the app 4 the first time, after a while, it stops downloading.
