Gaslights Me

The concept of this is pretty good but one-not sure what template it is using to base its analysis /score . 2-gaslights me arguing that I’m not dropping racket on a serve , clearly I am. Not coming in on edge , clearly was. Said I use eastern forehand grip serve -have never served this way. Programming could use some work

Response from developer

Thanks for the feedback. AceCue analyzes your stroke from a single camera angle, and from some angles details like grip and the racket drop behind your back simply aren’t visible, so the analysis has to estimate them from what can be seen. For the most accurate serve read, film side-on from about head height, with your whole body and racket in frame. If it still misreads your serve from that angle, send us the clip at support@acecue.app and we’ll take a look. - Tautvydas, AceCue

terrible experience

I signed up for what I understood to be a 3-day free trial, but I ended up being charged for a subscription, which was completely unexpected and frustrating.

Unfortunately, the app also failed to meet my expectations and was not useful for my needs.

Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend this app. I strongly advise others to carefully review the free trial conditions and subscription charges before signing up.

Overall, a very disappointing experience.
