Widgets Not Working!
Do I need to ask for a refund or will it be resolved?!
Update: Thank you for getting back to me! Apple rejected my refund application because I was dissatisfied with the App Premium Widgets, stating that it was "not Eligible!" Therefore, I am looking forward to a seamless experience in the next update, particularly on iPad and iOS 18.
Moreover, it would be more logical to offer a trial version before billing your enthusiastic customers for the primary feature of the App, which is once again, widgets! Ensuring it functions properly beforehand is essential, or you may need to collaborate with Apple to handle refund inquiries.
