Everything was fine, until it stopped working
This app wasn't perfect but it was working fine, that is until I was logged out of the app. Should be no big deal, right? I tried to log back in but it kept telling me it was the wrong password. I didn't forget my password, I know I didn't, but whatever, I thought I could just reset it and then log back in. Well, the password reset emails never made it to my inbox. I must've tried a dozen times, and still no way to reset my password. Ok, enough's enough, right? I'll just contact AceSpace directly and ask for help. I tried to contact them, twice, and here I am a month later with no response. No response from the company, no way to reset my password, and no way to log in even though I know what my password is. I don't know if I was banned, hacked, or if the app is just broken. What I do know is that I keep getting notifications that say "so-and-so liked your profile!" "*insert name here* sent a message!" That's great, AceSpace. Would be a lot nicer if you'd let me back into the app. I have no choice but to uninstall and recommend to nobody because I can't do anything with it. It won't let me log back in and no one will help me fix it. Complete waste of time.

Amazing and inclusive app for Ace folk
Overall great app! Very easy to use and welcoming community. The only app issues I have involve the discover feature filters not being able to select gender/sexuality preferences and the chat. I’m not sure if it’s just me, but I’ll be chatting with a few different people and suddenly every chat stops. Other than that, I love it!

As an asexual person who’s been looking to make friends with others in the community and maybe potentially find a partner, this app has been great! It has a fairly active community, and the dev is almost always working on updates and fixings bugs

i have really enjoyed ace space, & have made quite a few connections/friends. still seeking a romantic relationship but have enjoyed it a lot overall, i just wish there were more people. i love that all the necessary information (ex.: politics, scale of sexual & romantic interest) is easily seen on people’s profiles & that there are so many filters in the discover section of finding potential compatible people to connect with
