I was supposed to get paid today, but the bank decided to wait till Monday to give me my direct deposit. I called, but they said it was because of the holiday, yet my direct deposit has never been withheld on a holiday nor around it. Plus, the mobile app shows that everything will be the same way except that call centers will be closed tomorrow.

The ACFCU Mobile App is convenient and easy to use, rarely malfunctions and since I now live out of state, necessary for me to keep my account with the credit union.

I have gotten several loans in the past.
Every loan has always been paid off AHEAD OF TIME and never a late or underpayment.
That is why I am flummoxed at the apparent stalling of the loan overseer that there is ‘a problem in the application’ without ever an explanation of the ‘problem’,
My Credit Score is excellent, near 800 and my gross annual salary increases every year.
It’s all so weird for such a small loan (less than $3000).

I’m not technology savvy and I’m able to check my balance immediately and know if its correct or not. If I need help my daughter gets me back on track so I can navigate through the process. “She goes mom you have to learn this “. I am not only able to check balances, I also know how to deposit when I need to. I’m learning and retaining. Thank you for simplifying it for folks like me. Yes it is great that I can access my account on my phone. I’m sure this is not new for others but for me it’s a blessing. Kudo’s to the Columbia Pike Baileys Cross Roads employees they are professional top notch. They are always helpful and ready to serve with a smile. Thank you again.

Needs a lot of improvements
The app is nice but it needs a lot of improvements to get to its competitor’s standard.

Theyi h are always professional and courteous. It is family friendly they really show concern for helping you with your needs and convenient. I would never go banking anywhere else! Doesn’t function even on new device
I had the app work on my old iPhone until it refused to open anymore. Now on my brand new iPhone 13, after I login the app gets stuck loading and then crashes.
