Won’t Work & Crashes
Frustrating. I downloaded this app to my iPhone 13 to open an account in order to buy a gic. I filled in all the screens to the point where I had to confirm my identity using a passport or a driver’s license.
I selected “drivers license”, the app took a picture of it and a screen flashed “Success”. It then displayed a blank camera screen and froze and anything I did to move on caused it to crash.
I tried three times even using the passport option, being careful to follow the on screen instruction. It crashed every time. I gave up.
Also, where your phone number is entered, the app displayed a format using dashes “-“ between the numbers. However, the numeric keypad that appears obviously has no such key. Perhaps this is why it crashes.

Can only use portrait orientation on my IPad
This is very frustrating I can not change the orientation on my app from portrait to landscape. Landscape provides a bigger and easier to use keyboard.

Lacks most basic features
I had to remove it as it lucks every basic functionality that a typical banking app has.

This app gives quick access to your Achieva account, even allowing the user to transfer funds from one account to another.
The latest update makes this app perfect: entering the client ID now uses a dedicated number pad rather than the whole keyboard. I highly recommend this app for any Achieva users.

Nice & simple account opening.
Simple app with an easy account opening method.

Reproducibly crashes after snapping a photo of a cheque. Recent update still crashes.
Cumbersome login and slow
This is just a website wrapped inside in app. No Touch ID support. Cumbersome to log in with every time. 2 for effort.

Love this app. I can cash a check and use my existing password to get in. Very useful.
