Poor website
Often find website is not working or its lost me details. This requires me to phone to book rather than using my membership.

I dont know why it’s got 1.5 stars it does exactly what it needs to do with no issues it’s really simple to use and book things with no issues
Great app & can access everything in one place!
This is a really useful app if a member / customer of Achieve Lifestyle. Once logged in you can easily see what classes are on, if there is space on the class & book classes. You can even cancel your class / booking within the app.

Won’t login to My Bookings
After update to 4.8 on iPhone it won’t login to My Bookings. Credentials are not accepted. Have to use My Portal to see/make bookings. Not tested obviously.
App doesn’t work
This app only works in that it launches but you can’t sign into your account so you can’t make bookings. Judging by the app screen size on iPhone X it looks like it hasn’t been updated in a very long time.
Not working !
The app suddenly stopped working and just is now not fit for purpose ! The gym cant fix it. It keeps saying an error has occurred despite putting in correct details.
Bit rubbish
Idea is great. But not very easy to use on iPhone. Gave up on registering for a pin. Too many questions and not really mobile friendly.
