The login is multiple security login and every time needs to set new password to login.
In My HR the PDF payslips are not able to download which was working 2 months ago.
Please fix the issues and make the login easier by using biometrics after verification.

App rubbish
My phone will not load the new app as I have older than IOS 14.
Ridiculous. How are we supposed to get pay slips, book leave etc. this app needs to get a grip of what employees need. What a load of crap.

The App
My i phone is unavailable to download the App. Cannot book overtime, holidays, training or see my wage slip!!!!!!
No guidance
This is by far the worst app I have come across, who comes up with an app with no guidance on how to use it in regards to extra time, holiday, this app was rolled out this month with no prior training some people are experiencing problems logging in, others can’t email IT and those like me who got in are having a terrible experience as this app is not user friendly or hard to navigate colour schemes are not inviting, I have to log in and wait for a code to be sent via text each time so having an iPhone ain’t helping coz Face ID can’t be used like other app. All in all this is a waste of time coz now we have to sit home on our days off and try to figure out this app, it doesn’t even deserve 1 star
