Recent update
I’ve been using Achieve Many year’s, Never any issue’s,Thankfully.
However,
I Am writing this HOPING THE DEVELOPER will read. For about a week, It kept saying on the App, something about it not being able to connect and check my internet.
My Internet definitely wasn’t the problem. I was still able to go and login with browser.
Today to my surprise, I saw it finally had an update. Which did fix the login issue, I was having and I’m guessing others that still use this
App as well.
Only issue is now when logged in, It just shows the list of recent amounts to the left but is blank for where it normally show’s when 1st logged in the place’s it was used.
Some of the Text font seems off as well.
I’m glad that it finally received a Update, and fixed the Login issue that was causing issue
But TO THE DEV, could you please reply? With how to contact? I can send you some screenshots of the way blank Area/section, I’m talking about.
Writing to achieve support has never helped in the past when I had any question, they would just (IF THEY EVEN REPLIED) tell me to call the Number on back of card.

Not able to log in
Been trying for a week to check my card to make sure everything is ok with my account, but haven’t been unable to contact support to report this problem. This is a serious issue and needs to be fix ASAP. You guys are playing with people’s money that doesn’t belong to you, and not responding to customers in timely matter is just disrespectful and rude. I will be looking to go further with my complaint until it fixed or report this company.

Unable to log into app!
I am not sure what is going on, but app doesn’t let me type in my user I’d😡have done phone update, deleted ap and re installed and still not working
Login failure!
I’ve used this app for years and have found it to be acceptable…until recently. For the last 3 days, I’ve encountered an “unable to connect to server” error message when opening the app. Login is impossible because of this error. I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling the app twice. I’ve restarted my phone more than once…all without success. Fix!

App has no contact info. How the hek do you report a lost card. I know this info was available in the past.

The app won't allow me to register my information into their system. Complete waste of time and energy.

I'm very dissatisfied right now with this app. I have tried countless times to register and it will not take my new user name or anything. So if it isn't fixed soon, achievecard can forget about me being member.
Nice app, but lacking key feature
Long story short, this is a pretty convenient app, however, it's missing a key feature: Touch ID.

Doesn't work
Wot even let me register. Very disappointed
Can't Log In
App doesn't work. It won't let me log in. Says the user name or password is incorrect even when I'm sure it's right. 1 star for now.

Very convienant idea but the app closes out every time I enter my user and pass. Needs to get fixed please.

This is a great first attempt. But the app crashes A LOT. Here is what u found
Pros:
1) accurate balance
2) easy UI
Cons:
1) crashes when I try to sign in
2) when the app doesliad - the transactions listings are not accurate. Every transaction is listed as a deposit and the amounts are all the same as my regular bi-weekly direct deposit. I get multiple deposits listed on the same day and nothing else.
3) slow to load
Overall a good try, but needs A LOT of work to fix these irritating little bugs.
Until then, 2 stars.

Thanks Acheivecard for making this app. Makes it easy to keep track of your balance and it is fun to bid on the prizes.
