Adding Branch number
It would be great to include branch number along with team members’ name upon look up. Some people have same exact first and last names. This will ensure recognition is being given to the rightful person.
Constant logouts
App logs me out every single day. Too much of a hassle to use this garbage. Zero effort on developing this app in the last 5 years.

They break Apple’s rules and send marketing notifications when I didn’t ask for them. I don’t even have that option enabled.

It always logs me out no matter what i do, especially when i press the menu button, it always says that my session expired when i literally just logged in not even a minute ago.

It annoying that it logs me off every time we use it.

App constantly asking to make new password and can’t use a password I used before. I’ve used Soo many passwords for this app that I don’t remember which password I used anymore.
Logged off each time
Every time I open the app I need to log in again and again… quick log in with Face ID does not work.

Company uses this, have thousands of points but can’t access them because stupid app crashes, kicks you out constantly and makes it impossible to do anything. Just goes in a loop of logging in to get kicked out again.

Got the app because of work! But it never lets you sign in. Always say’s your “session is expired”. The moment you log in. But if I directly log in through chrome or safari its perfects okay. The app needs to get updated or discontinued.
SSO Not Working
Need to login frequently via SSO after entering org URL and can't because it just loads and blank page.
Unusable
The app used to be pretty good but the last several months, I always get signed out and anytime I try to click almost anything, it asks me to sign in but then doesn’t take me to where I had clicked. The app is unusable now.
Your session has expired
I am cut trying to login through the app and I had to put in the same login EIGHT TIMES in a row! Fix your app immediately.
