Good tool to assist great ICU doctors esp. Stewart/strong ion
Graphical display of metabolic and electrolyte data very helpful in evaluating acid-base data, especially adjusted data. Wish it included bicarbonate gap-gap. Do not expect this app (or any other!) to correlate acid base with clinical data, still needs to be paired with professional human brain.
Avoid!!
Does not calculate mixed acid base disorders. Misses diagnoses. Plenty of free apps or online calculators readily available.

Does not calculate complex disorders. Totally inaccurate. Waste of money.
