Great concept, buggy implementation
Acid rain world has a vibrant backstory, and this game captures it well. The app itself is still unstable as per the other reviews, it doesn’t crash outright but there are exceptions and errors which keep squads in stasis indefinitely. We need an override to disband squads which are traveling, so we can fix the problem.
Update: after finding support buried under an automated chat bot, the support team has been responsive.
I enjoy the game, but the design choices and use of exponential curves to create grind walls on many aspects of account development can be frustrating.

Waited years for this! Over it in less than 30 mins.
Still waiting on pre orders from over a year and a half ago on the figures lol. Acid rain everything is already dead in the water. Kit should have out sourced and had someone else write storylines for Acid years ago. Now it’s just a big mess, the acid rain franchise already suffers collectors fatigue.. I don’t think any one is gonna care about anything coming outta china for a long long time. And I’m sure the world will be better of for it.

Still crashes
Even with a newer iPad, the game fails to last for an hour before it crashes at least 3 times.

I keep opening the game for it to load nd then it straight up kicks me out everytime 😣
Ripped off!
Had problem with in app purchase, it charged me and I never received content. Reached out to customer service and after a couple days of run around they decided to just ban my account instead of fixing it. Pretty disappointed as I’m a huge Acid Rain fan I was willing to endure the type of game this is just for the story. But as a game it seemed to be a pay to play cash grab of the lowest possible quality. Love the characters and the setting but hate this predatory style of game. Also if the game glitches during a purchase don’t expect them to fix its easier just to “erase you”.
