About
Heartburn most nights? Acid Reflux Tracker helps you find your triggers and learn what actually settles reflux — without an account, a cloud, or an AI guess.
LOG IN SECONDS
Heartburn, regurgitation, cough, sour taste, night waking: severity, time, a note. Meals come from a library of 80 foods and drinks rated low, medium or high reflux risk, each with a one-line reason and a gentler swap. Add your own foods too. Log medication — PPI, H2 blocker, antacid, alginate — so you have a record to show a doctor.
FIND YOUR TRIGGERS
We count. For every food and habit we compare how often symptoms followed it within three hours against your own baseline, and show you the arithmetic: "symptoms after 9 of 12 meals (75%) — your usual is 34%." No black box, no AI guess, and nothing is judged until there is enough data to judge it.
TRACK THE HABITS THAT MATTER
Eating within three hours of bed, lying down after meals, large meals, alcohol, nicotine, late caffeine, fizzy drinks, tight waistbands, stressful days — plus the protective ones: raising the head of the bed, sleeping on your left side, walking after dinner. Your eating cut-off sits on the Today screen with a countdown.
LEARN WHY
Twelve short lessons built from the ACG 2022 GERD guideline and NHS, Mayo Clinic and NIDDK patient advice: how the valve at the top of your stomach works, why food lists contradict each other, meal size and timing, sleep position, pressure and weight, stress, smoking and alcohol, what antacids and PPIs actually do, six common myths, and the symptoms that mean you should see a doctor now.
WEEKLY CHECK-IN
Six questions, scored 0–18, based on the GerdQ — so you can see whether the changes are working instead of guessing.
DOCTOR REPORT
A plain-text 30-day summary — symptom counts, check-in scores, lifestyle days, patterns from your log — that you can text or email to your doctor before an appointment.
PRIVATE BY DESIGN
Everything stays on your iPhone. No account, no sign-up, no sync, no analytics, no ads. Nothing to delete from a server because nothing was ever sent to one.
Acid Reflux Tracker is an educational tool, not a medical device. It does not diagnose or treat any condition and gives no dosing advice. Talk to a doctor about your symptoms and your medication.
