Aciutap

Aciutap is an AI assistant for local businesses that helps collect and manage Google reviews. KEY FEATURES Tap to review Your customer taps their phone on your Aciutap plate and answers a few questions about their experience, and the AI prepares a draft from their own words. The customer reviews it, edits it, and posts it to Google themselves. The plate also has a QR code for phones without NFC. AI reply drafts Turn any Google review, positive or negative, into a polished reply draft in seconds. The AI matches your business tone, category, and services. Business dashboard Track stats, new reviews, and QR scans in one place. GBP posts AI suggests post ideas for your Google Business Profile. Message drafts The AI drafts a short message you can copy and send to a customer on WhatsApp or Telegram. YOUR CUSTOMERS' LANGUAGES You choose which languages your customers can write in. Today these are Lithuanian, English, and Russian, and we plan to add more languages. For English, you also choose American or British. Drafts avoid robotic phrasing and use a natural human tone. Designed for cafes, restaurants, bakeries, bars, hair salons, clinics, hotels, and other local businesses.
