They’re not supposed to give me something I don’t ask for it
First thing is bad when you charge me something you don’t get it second I ask for 6 water spring they give me 3 water spring and other items one I don’t use

Where is my delivery? I heard the door bell ring but there is nothing at my door. Instructions were to leave it if I wasn’t around or in this case unable to come to the door immediately?.

Acme delivers!
Came home from the hospital and unable to go toe the store Acme is a god sent when I need to order food! Alison their menu shows a larger list of items available than when walking around the stores! Glad I found this out! Thanks Acme!
Used it for years, stopped working
I’ve been using this app for years to get delivery. Recently the app just stopped working and gives an error message. It won’t open. Tried removing and reinstalling, same problem.
Can't open app
The app shows an error message when I try to open it. Please fix it ASAP - I need to do a big shop and l don't have transportation.
App not working for over 1 week
App hasn’t worked for 1-1/2 weeks!
Frustrating
When the shopper is communicating with the client, the chat sometimes disappears. The same occurs when using chat for the “Help” function. You can only put one replacement item in for a requested item, and that often isn’t enough.
Now 1 star formerly 2 stars
Instacart should change its name to Instawantokillyourselfwhenused. AND IM STUPID FEELING LIKE IM TRAPPED IN USING THIS SERVICE OR STARVE. THANKS ACME!
Hi give this app and company 2 stars & that’s generous. The shoppers who also deliver deserve 5 stars. Why one star?
1 Total bill will be twice as expensive on average overall. Two reasons for this: InstaCart is a separate company is NOT aligned with the customer appreciation club of ACME, and over all the products are anywhere from .25 to 2.00 more expensive.
2 Not linked to any item management database. You play roulette. Guess what’s in the store and if it’s not there we contact you to choose something else, over and over and over again. This app and company sent a 1/2 completed product to consumers.
3 Cart, Checkout, continue, continue, continue. Wait i did that twice Apple Pay, tap? An order put together by me at at around 3pm for 2 hour delivery, but not officially submitted until I submitted it 2 hours later. The check out process had so many repetitive clicks that you lose track of “Did I submit? Of coarse I did.” No you didn’t. Now wait 2 more hours.
Someone is making a lot of money for a 1/2 working product and slave drivers.

Do not use
They overcharged my for items charged by weight. Changed the amount to higher but still delivered smaller amount I ordered on both deli and meat products. Reported a problem and it’s been almost a month with no answer. They stole money from me, delivery or pick up people are never who they say they are. Very dissatisfied. Also heard they steal tips from drivers.

Poor inventory management- App has no idea about what is in stock!
While this application seems like a blessing, I could shop from home. I am now realizing as a first time user that more than 50% of items selected as “in stock” are not in stock and you are forced to make substations constantly as the your shopper goes around the store. Very little value as I have to deal with constant feedback and then still GO TO the Store to get what I need. I will look to other service, as I will be deleting the app once I complete this very poor transaction.

Not worth the hassle
I normally do grocery shopping on my own, but being a single mom in need of groceries one night and a fussy toddler, I decided to give this a try. What a mistake. I placed the order around 6pm and didn’t receive it until around 9:30 pm. Fine, no big deal. The delivery lady was nice, but when she left I realized that 5 of my items were not there. I ended up being on hold with customer service for about 20 mins and now have to wait 3-5 business days for a refund. Not worth the hassle and I will not be using again.

Great service.
The app works wonderfully. The one time I had a problem (which was my own fault) their very kind customer service immediately fixed it. Drivers are always very polite.
Great shopping option
I have an ACME near my house, so I usually shop there myself. There are, however, times that I don’t have time to stop in and do my shopping myself, so I use this app.
I love that you get a notification when your shopper starts shopping for you. You can track your order as the shopper picks it up item by item, it will tell you in real time if any items are out of stock, if your shopper makes any substitutions, and you can even chat with your shopper directly in the app while they’re shopping.

Never Use this Service
There is a storm and I order fire wood in case the power goes out. Acme had the product but the delivery service said it was unavailable and didn’t deliver it. I called the acme and the manager reserved the fire wood for me as they had a huge stack. However if the store is forced to close early I may not be able to get it. I called the Service back and asked that they deliver the wood they said they couldn’t until the next day around 1pm. I will never use this service again and I suggest you do not either.

Prices don’t match adds.
Tried to use app but was charged significantly higher prices than what the add stated. People beware, they are price gouging you to use this service.
Great for Single Busy Moms!
So easy, order comes within hours and right at my doorstep if I’m unable to make it on time. Dinner is Served! Awsome!
Temporary hold on card
My items cost $49.95 and my card was temporarily charged $60, I’m not a fan of my money be placed on hold.
