Useless

The previous version was great, but the new APP doesn’t work unless you subscribe. I fly 1 type, why should I subscribe to a database of every airplane? You can’t even manually input the numbers, it has to load from the database. And the support link redirects to a janky FB page about crypto.

EM B-550 doesn’t work!

Purchased the EM B-550 but it doesn’t work! The Gulfstream works fine. App support unavailable.

Excellent app!

Excellent support and great app for quick computations!

Does not work

I purchased the Praetor 600 and while it shows in the window I cannot select it, only the 747. Did everything you suggest and no good. Would like a refund for this so you don’t make money on a scam.

?

Purchased B737, after restore, home page still showing Airbus

Response from developer

Could you please provide more info to help troubleshooting the case? Thanks

G550

Just purchased and it keeps me in a loop of already purchased and restore. Will not open or compute anything

Finally

Thank you so much for this wonderful APP. Our field of operations is world wide in a business aircraft and this is certainly an area that must considered as we visit so many off the beaten track airports. Operating a Gulfstream G650ER, has many considerations, the PCN is definitely one that gets our attention.

This is so quick and easy, and takes the guesswork out of the squiggly spegetti charts in in the AFM.

Caution to users

I have used this app for a little over a year. It is a very good awareness tool. I would caution though that if you are trying to max you weight, tankering fuel for example, and you are within a thousand pounds of what you want refer to manufactures data. It only matters if there is a problem.
Also, if you get a new device you will most likely lose your purchased aircraft. Currently iOS 14.8 for iPhone it’s not working.

Response from developer

Hi Hawkerpilot66, Thank you for your feedback, and would like to clarify that the data used by the app is completely from the manufacturer documents, and if you find any discrepancy then please let me know. Regarding the purchases, you can restore them using the “Restore” button in the Settings view. Hope this clarifies. Thanks,

Not working now

Hi,Ever since this latest app update this app is not working. I cannot select an aircraft or settings or any of the menu buttons on the bottom. Issue with the GUI? Please advise on how to proceed. Thank you

Response from developer

Hi, Looks like the App is not responsive on your mobile at all. This is the first time I get this kind of report! Can I know the iPhone/iPad device you are using and the iOS version as well. I will try to simulate it and check what’s the issue. Thanks.

Almost There

Really like the App and wouldn’t mine paying $5 for each various planes I need to assess. However, App’s disclaimer questions it’s accuracy in calculations. The one missing feature for my use, Airport Director, once MLW is determined for PCN number, would be great to also show the aircraft’s corresponding ACN so could put both on PPR Authorization. Still nice as cross reference.

Response from developer

Hi, I have added what I called the Actual Weight Mode to the app so you can compute the ACN for a given weight. Hope this will help. Best regards,

Doesn't work

Bought to use for a trip a couple days ago still cannot get it to unlock the plane I purchased.........

Response from developer

Hi, Please, go to main screen >> click on Aircraft to open the Library >> on the top right corner click on Restore Purchases. This should fix it.

Simple and Works

Was looking for just something like this. Thank you!

Request SSJ-100

Thank you for your app! Please, add Sukhoi SSJ 100-95, 100-75! Thanks!

Rtyu

Thanks for very useful app! In the beginning of use I experienced minor issue which was efficiently fixed by app developer through feedback. Now it works perfect and shows correct calculations for my aircraft type. I will definitely recommend this app to other pilots.

Response from developer

Hi Rtyu, Thank you very much for your feedback. In order to help me troubleshooting the issue, could you please try following: - In the "Home" screen click on the "Aircraft:" row to go to the "Aircraft Library" screen, then click on "Restore Purchases" (top right). Doing so, all your purchased aircraft should be restored and then you can select them. - If above didn't work, try to uninstall the app and install it again, then repeat above step. Please let me know if the issue get solved? My best regards.

What a great app

What an amazing app. This makes life very easy.
There has obviously been a lot of work put into the app and its aircraft database.
Personally I'd like to also be able to calculate my actual ACN based on my actual weight and not the maximum weight.
If your looking for a good ACN/PCN app then look no further.

Rubbish

Tells me nothing

3.99$ per aircraft!?

Too expensive. I'll use the free Jeppesen or an online service.

Response from developer

Hi Jumeirahh, Yes, you can Jeppesen and it is still acceptable by most of the airports, however, Jeppesen assumes that the weight variation between the min and max weights is linear and a simple interpolation between them with give you the restricted weight, however, while this is true for several aircraft if is not always correct and you may loose several tones because of this assumption (check for example B777, A380, A340,...). This variation is mainly due to the most FWD CG moving with the weight of the aircraft and the tire to ground contact surface that increases with the weight as well, in addition to some other parameters. Hope this give you a better idea about the complexity of the subject and help understand the value of this App? Anyway, thank you for the comment, it helps me understand the App users' concernes.
