This is my first time trying this application, and there is a gift for a 3 day free trial, then 7.99 a week. Well upon trying to redeem the free trial, it is trying to charge my card 13.99.

Scam und funktioniert nicht

Schon bei der Demo gleich am Anfang. Wenn man das Tutorial macht, hat es bei mir keine einzige Karte gescannt. Ich finde es sehr schade dass es so schlecht funktioniert. Dann hab ich gedacht vielleicht liegt es nur an der Demo und wollte es direkt testen doch habe gesehen, um die Karten zu scannen, muss man neun Euro pro Monat zahlen. Das ist echt unverschämt. Wahrscheinlich dann noch Scam wenn du drei Tage kostenlos machst und dann vergiss das Abo zu kündigen wird dir was abgebucht.

Hi Schnozee, thanks for trying Acorn. The weekly plan is intended for short-term use, while the annual plan offers significant savings. I also offer a one-time Lifetime purchase for collectors who prefer to avoid subscriptions, as well as a free trial. Acorn can also be used for free with limited daily scans, card browsing, and collection tracking. I build and maintain the app independently, and Premium helps cover the continuously updated card database, market prices, scanner, cloud sync, and ongoing development.

This app is just Dex but worse, and more expensive, if you want a good app to catalog your cards, use Dex

Review

One of the best scanners I’ve ever used. Probably the quickest and the only one I’ve used where you can scan multiple cards at the same time. I think there should be a way to view your portfolio and not have to create a separate collection.

Couple other suggestions, have a Pokédex feature to collect by instead of just each set.

Price on low play, mod play, damage, etc.

Charts on portfolio to view growth over time.

Good but worth it depends

This app overall can be useful but it has a lot of issues first am a old collector it try’s to tell me some of my first editions and even older holos from around 2009 arnt that and these newer cards when they didn’t exist so no clue how that works and second the fact that it gonna give me one free picture why do I have to use a subscription when u can make this free and tax buyers it shouldn’t punish people for curious about there cards and the fact that most of my older cards get brought up as sum they don’t even look like is insane so if ur a new collector could
Be worth it if you have some of the rarer uncommon old cards just go to a live store

Hi, thank you for the detailed feedback. Older cards can share names and numbers across different sets, making automatic identification more difficult, but they shouldn’t be matched with an incorrect modern printing. I’m working to improve these cases, and specific examples sent through support would be very helpful. Acorn is designed to identify and track cards, not authenticate or grade them, so valuable vintage cards should still be professionally assessed. The latest version also includes limited daily free scans, and a free trial is available. Thanks for helping me improve Acorn.
